Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made for the Service are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits or exchanges for any subscription, delivery cycle or individual delivery, whether or not a delivery has been consumed, once a payment or auto-debit has been processed.

Because our bowls are freshly prepared perishable food items made to order, they cannot be returned.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future scheduled deliveries and future auto-debits. It does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid or debited.

To avoid being billed for an upcoming cycle, cancel or pause before the 6:00 PM IST cutoff on the day preceding the delivery.

If you believe there is a genuine quality or food-safety issue with a delivery, contact us at chitrastra@gmail.com within 24 hours with details and photographs. We will review each case at our sole discretion; any resolution provided is a goodwill gesture and does not constitute a refund entitlement.
