Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chitrastra platform, websites and applications (the "Service"). Chitrastra is a brand operated by SKSC MYSILLYDREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "we", "us" or "the Company" mean SKSC MYSILLYDREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Chitrastra offers a subscription-only service for freshly prepared fruit bowls, rice bowls and related food items. There is no on-demand or one-time ordering; every order is part of a recurring subscription that you set up in advance.

Subscriptions must be created at least one day in advance. Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM IST are eligible for delivery starting the next day; orders confirmed at or after 6:00 PM IST begin delivery from the day after next.

Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed via an authorised auto-debit (e-mandate) through our payment partner until you cancel. You authorise us to charge the applicable amount for each delivery cycle to your selected payment method.

You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future scheduled deliveries and future auto-debits.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before subscribing.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact number and location details for rider navigation, and for being available to receive deliveries during your selected slot.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

Food is prepared and handled in accordance with applicable Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) norms under FSSAI Registration No. 23626028000515.
