Shipping & Delivery Policy

Chitrastra delivers freshly prepared bowls on the schedule you choose as part of your subscription. Deliveries are currently available within our serviceable areas only; serviceability is confirmed by your delivery pincode at checkout.

Bowls are prepared each morning and delivered in your selected time slot. Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM IST are eligible for next-day delivery; orders confirmed at or after 6:00 PM IST begin from the day after next.

Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other operational factors beyond our control.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address and slot you selected. If a delivery cannot be completed because you are unavailable or the address/contact details are incorrect, that delivery is treated as fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or re-delivery.

To skip specific days, pause or modify your subscription before the 6:00 PM IST cutoff on the preceding day.

Any applicable delivery charges are shown transparently at checkout before you confirm your subscription.
